| Cancellations made within two weeks of the conference will receive no reimbursement. Substitutions are allowed. Cancellations made prior to the two weeks before the conference will be charged a $30 administration fee. No refunds will be made for those cancelling during the two weeks before the conference. No exceptions. All purchase orders are subject to the same policy. Cancellations will be accepted only in writing. In the event of a speaker cancellation due to illness or emergency, Spectrum Training Systems reserves the right to fill in with another speaker and/or give a credit for one day, for a future Spectrum Training conference. |
