General certificates of attendance will be given out. There are a total of 12 hours of lecture for the entire conference.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within two weeks of the conference will receive no reimbursement. Substitutions are allowed. For
checks and purchase orders, cancellations made prior to the two weeks before the conference will be subject to a $30
administration fee. With online registration, cancellations made prior to the two weeks before the conference will be
charged a $15 administration fee. No refunds will be made for those cancelling during the two weeks before the
conference. No exceptions. Cancellations will be accepted only in writing.

Many individuals who have Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) have difficulty learning
through traditional teaching approaches. During this session we will explore how to
prepare students to grasp what teachers are instructing, and how to structure and
present the information to facilitate and motivate student understanding and
participation. We will also explore solutions to problems that interfere with learning and
performance for these children and adolescents. This session will include strategies for
students with ASD, Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD) and Asperger's
Syndrome.
