| Replays is an innovative play-based technique for addressing behavioral challenges for children on the autism spectrum as well as children with other developmental disabilities. Learn to support the child in playful, highly positively charged re- enactments of challenging everyday events, incorporating the child’s own intense responding. Children become desensitized to trigger events, form new emotional memories, and often, substantial behavioral improvement results. The workshop teaches the technique, illustrated through extensive use of video clips with a broad range of children and challenging behaviors. |
